Meetings  are held at the   Mercure Norwich Hotel, 121-131 Boundary Rd, Norwich NR2 3BA

Other than for the Annual Black Tie Dinner in March which has a totally different format, the talk is preceded by a 2 course meal and we meet at 6 for 6.30pm.
